Fashion Finds, Upcycle Goods, and Local Artistry
We closed. It was a sad day when we made the decision to end our resale run. We had many loyal friends, a fabulous group of volunteers, and dedicated staff. The store was cute, well stocked and interesting. We loved it.
But it wasn't generating the funds we needed to keep it going. That is the bottom line. It just wasn't profitable.
We want to thank those who really poured the all into making the store happen! You were generous with your time and passionate about your commitment. Kudos, love, and great appreciation!
What about your donations? If you have household items to donate that would be of use to the women and children at Turning Point, please take them to Agape. Those we serve at Turning Point are able to get what they need from Agape if they have a referral from us.
As for those ongoing consumables, such as toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and paper towels, please keep those coming. We NEVER have enough! See our wishlist for more ideas on what type of support you can provide.
Again, many, many thanks to all of you have helped make this project happen. You are in our thoughts, wrapped with gratitude!
Ellen, Beri', and the Turning Point Board.
